Frequently Asked Questions
- What kind of experience do I need to join the tour?
We adapt the level to the participants as far as possible. In the tour description, we will always recommend a certain level of experience. This applies especially to specific climbing tours and more complex ski tours.
- What is included in the price?
The price includes professional guiding by an IFMGA-certified guide, necessary safety equipment (rope, belay devices, etc.), as well as planning and facilitation of the tour. Travel, food, personal equipment and insurance are not included, unless otherwise stated.
- How many participants can join a trip?
This varies depending on the type of activity. On alpine climbing tours, we normally take 1–2 guests per guide, while on ski tours the group size can be up to 6 people per guide.
- What happens if the weather gets bad?
Safety always comes first. If the conditions do not allow the planned tour, we will do our best to find an alternative arrangement or move the tour to another day. Read more about this in our booking terms.
- Can I rent equipment from you?
Yes, we have some technical equipment for rent, such as crampons, ice axes and avalanche equipment. You must bring your own skis, boots and personal clothing. Get in touch if you have any questions!
