Booking and payment
Registration is binding upon confirmation. Invoices are sent by e-mail and must be paid by the due date. Advance payment may be required.Cancellation by guest
More than 61 days before trip: fee 1000 NOK
31–60 days before the trip: 50% of the fee
0–30 days before the trip: 100% of the fee
The guest must also cover any costs for transport and accommodation.
Cancellation or change from Tindekompaniet
In the event of bad weather, conditions or safety, the program may be changed or canceled. We will then offer an alternative. If this is not accepted, the cancellation conditions apply.If Tindekompaniet (TK) must cancel an agreed trip or activity due to personal reasons (such as illness, injury or family circumstances), neither party shall pay compensation.
If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond TK's control (for example, bad weather, dangerous conditions in the mountains or problems with transportation), and the guest refuses a proposed alternative, the guest must pay the full price for the agreed tour or course days . In addition, the guest covers any cancellation costs for transportation, accommodation, etc.
Safety and responsibility
Mountaineering always involves a residual risk. The guest must be aware of this and understand the risks associated with the activity. We have a self-declaration that must be read in addition to one's own responsibility and to follow the guide's safety instructions.Insurance
The guest must have valid insurance that covers the activity. Tindekompaniet only has liability insurance before its participants.Equipment
Tindekompaniet provides common/safety equipment. The guest is responsible for their own personal equipment (equipment list provided).Privacy
We only use personal information for booking and invoicing. Information is not shared with third parties.
