Summit weekend at Hotel Aak

Experience a complete mountain weekend in Romsdalen with comfort, great food and two of the region's most iconic peaks. Together with Tindekompaniet and Hotel Aak you get a unique combination of professional guidance, alpine climbing and relaxing accommodation in historic surroundings.

For whom

This weekend is suitable for those who want a complete mountain experience with both comfort and challenge. You should be in normal physical shape and comfortable in steep terrain.
For those who want longer and more technical routes, we offer magnificent multipitch experiences. Classic routes such as Klauva, Drømmediederet, Mongejura and the local gem Hornaksla provide varied, airy and challenging climbing experiences.

The Bishop

An elegant and popular peak on the Trollstigen. The characteristic Sydryggen offers great climbing and spectacular views of Isterdalen and the surrounding mountains. We can also choose to climb the more challenging Östryggen which is perhaps one of the nicer routes in Romsdalen!

Romsdalshorn

One of Norway's most classic alpine peaks. An airy and exciting climb that offers views of the entire Romsdalen. Read more about the trip to Romsdalshorn on this page: Climbing Romsdalshorn
